Who I work with
Bookkeeping for busy small businesses
You're great at what you do. Keeping up with the books shouldn't take you away from it. I work with small businesses in many industries, with a special focus on these three:

Your team is focused on closings. I keep your day-to-day books organized and reconciled in the background.
Law firms
Organized books, clear monthly reports, and client invoices that go out on time.
Contractors
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and more. Keep invoices, expenses, and customer balances organized so you know where your money is.
Don't see your industry? If your business sends invoices, pays bills, and wants clear, accurate numbers, I can help.

About
Hi, I'm Asueiry.
I've spent more than 11 years in finance: billing, invoicing, collections, and loan origination. I love organizing numbers until everything matches.
Along the way, I've built billing systems and processes, and I've helped countless people understand their numbers before making big decisions. As a loan originator, I walked borrowers through closing documents and fee sheets so they understood exactly what they were signing.
My passion is making sure business owners get clear numbers they actually understand, so they can make decisions with confidence.
Fidere Totalis means "to trust entirely."
I started this business on a leap of faith. That same trust is what I give my clients: books that are accurate, up to date, and in good hands.

FAQ
Questions business owners ask
What does a bookkeeper do?
A bookkeeper keeps your business's financial records accurate and up to date. I categorize your transactions, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, and send monthly financial statements, like your profit & loss and cash flow, explained in plain English, so you always know where your money is going.
Do you prepare taxes?
No. I don't prepare taxes or give tax advice. I keep your books clean and organized all year, so your CPA or tax professional gets accurate numbers at tax time. I'm happy to work alongside your CPA.
How much does bookkeeping cost?
It depends on your business: how many accounts you have, how many transactions you have each month, and whether your books are current. After a free consultation, you'll get a clear quote before any work starts. No surprises.
Can you help if my books are months behind?
Yes. My catch-up and cleanup service gets your books current and accurate, whether you're a few months behind or longer, so you can start fresh.
What accounting software do you use?
I work mainly in QuickBooks. If your business already uses another system, like Xero, we can talk about working in it during your consultation.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Most of my work is done remotely, through your accounting software, email, and video calls. I'm also happy to meet in person with clients in South Florida.
Do you only work with businesses in South Florida?
I'm based in South Florida and focus on Doral, Miami-Dade, and Broward. Because bookkeeping can be done remotely, I can also work with small businesses anywhere in the United States.
Do you offer services in Spanish?
Yes. I'm fluent in English and Spanish. Sí, ofrezco mis servicios en español.
